Auntie Grace comes to visit and other adventures

Last week I got a call from my sister Grace letting me know she was going to come visit with her friend.  I just love when family comes to visit.  We've been blessed to have a ton of family come.

On thursday we took Grace and Hyrum to the Tacoma Glass Museum.  The girls had fun riding the train and showing Auntie Grace around downtown Tacoma.

In other news

Gwenevere loves to hold and rock her baby to sleep.

Kiki almost always falls asleep in her arms.

We found this sweet princess bed at Value Village and just had to get it.

Some friends from our ward gave us some new couches

Gwenevere and Grace helped me pill and grade 8 large zucchini's 

Now we have zucchini in the freezer for soup and bread this winter.

We had a fun filled weekend of birthday madness

August is a great month for birthdays

both girls crashed before we even got to the first birthday party.

This next week we plan to visit Will and Jenni, go to the zoo, Pick up Grandma Thomas at the airport and drop off Auntie Grace, gather up birthing supplies for our home birth, (midwife home visit in a week, got to get everything ready) and possibly squeeze in one more family camping trip before the summer is over.  Lots of summer fun adventures around our house.
