Wednesday: exploring Idaho Falls dams, waterfront and Temple

Wednesday was a low key day.  James went for a run like he had done most mornings.  then we ventured to the army surplus store to explore.  we spent over an hour wandering the aisle.  James got a hat and we all picked out paracord to make bracelets with.

We then wandered to a local dam and explored the river bank with our new magnify glass from the surplus store.

We came back home for lunch and hung out around the home before going on a second walk around the waterfront and running errands.

When Grandma Thomas arrived home from work, Aunt Linda, Mom, Gwenevere and I went to Deseret bookstore to pick out new robes and a new dress for Shelly to wear.  My mom had two dresses in mind.  I like the first dress she picked out but my heart kept thinking of the second dress.  We had Grandma Thomas try on the dresses and as soon as she put on the second dress we all knew that was the dress for Shelly.  It was a dress fit for a Queen.

After picking out the dress we meet up with James and enjoyed a walk around the waterfront.
