Labor Day Weekend: Camping

The Box family arrange for a wonderful weekend of camping.  We ate marshmallows, cuddled by the campfire and spend an entire day playing with friends.  We went friday night and spent one night.  Vangie arrange for other families to come Saturday so we played with even more friends on Saturday.

Saturday we ate breakfast, played at the park, found lots of swings to have fun with, then we went to the archery and shot arrows.  When are fingers where sore we checked out a boat and had a picnic lunch on the lake.  Everett took a nap and Gwenevere removed some nasty garbage cut in seaweed.   Then we came back to the shore and played on the rope swing for another hour.  Then we took the boat out again and Decided to get wet.  Gwenevere and I went down the slide into the lake and Gwenevere jumped off the dock a couple of times.

We changed are closed and started back home.  Eating dinner along the way.  

Everett was very proud of his climbing skills.  He climbed the tall tree house three times.
